GENERAL

- An invoice will be sent to you within 24 hours after you've submitted your order form
PRODUCTS
- After you have made payment, we will order your item(s) from our supplier overseas
- As our goods are sourced internationally, it will take around 10-16 days (This is an estimation based on our experiences. Delays due to custom inspection might occur.)
- we place order with our agent on every weekend. Only paid orders made before 8 PM every Friday will be processed. For order made after 8 PM , we will only send in the order on next weekend.
- All measurements/pictures are provided by our supplier and we will not be responsible for any discrepancies. Do allow a slight different in color/measurement for all item(s) . We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of the color of the item(s) will be accurate.
- We ensure that all item(s) are in good condition before mailing it out therefore sold items are strictly non-exchange / refundable.
- It is possible for orders to run out of stock even after your order is send in. For such cases, we will contact you with the refund details.
- We will not be responsible for any faults on the item(s) purchase as they are manufactured by the supplier.
- Please only make order after payment is made
- All price stated on SHOPBEFRANNK are quoted in Singapore Dollar (SGD)
- We only accept payment through POSB/DBS ATM transfer / Ibanking
- For Ibanking transaction, please provide us with your ibanking nick, time and date of transaction for payment verification.
- For ATM transaction, please provide us with clear snapshot of your ATM receipt for payment verification . (please do not transfer using an ATM machine that does not produce any receipt)
- Dead buyers would be black listed, do inform us should you want to cancel your order.
- Once payment has been made, no amendments / cancellations of orders will be allowed.
- All orders are shipping from Singapore via Singpost
- We would not be held responsible for loss/damage of mails via Normal Postage.
- Registered Postage is highly recommended as tracking is available.

SELF COLLECTION (FREE)
- Self collection is usually available from Monday to Sunday in our home office.
- Time schedule will be send weekly via email to customers who opts for self collection as it differs weekly
